surely done it all ... world number one, twice, World Champion,
twice, British Open champion, four times, plus a host of major
titles and commonwealth games medals.
In 2008 he added the long-missing Australian Open title to his
collection. Having based himself in Amsterdam, Antwerp and
Bermuda, Palmer now resides in Boston, Usa.
